Baiju Dharmajan is a guitarist, producer, composer and music director from India widely recognized for his unique ability of seamlessly fusing overtones of Carnatic music with rock.

He is winner of the Best Guitarist award thrice at the Jack Daniel's Rock Awards. Enjoying a large cult following among all guitarists in the country, Baiju's recognized as one of the creators of the sound of Indian rock guitar. Apart from playing live with the Syndicate, Baiju also composes music for Bollywood and Malayalam films.
